East Texas Home Inspection Service L.L.C is a complete inspection service company. We work solely for the customer. I am a certified inspector for Home, Termite, Septic, & Mold, also inspecting water wells, soils, spa's and any structure or equipment associated with the purchase. I'm occasionally asked how long the inspection will take. That is impossible for me to answer, every home is different. So how ever long it takes to give you a through compressive inspection we'll be there.
Many surprises arise during the home purchase experience. The inspector's charges should not be one of them. Our prices are published, therefore you will not receive any unexpected charges. I highly recommend and encourage that you be present during the inspection if at all possible. Once the inspection is completed I can go over the structure with you and answer any concerns you might have at that time. That evening you will receive your computer generated inspection report via e-mail, fax or US Mail, which ever you prefer. Feel free to call and discuss any item concerning your inspection.
Our education is a continuing factor with us. We attend a minimum of 60 hours of continuing education class through TREC, SPCB, NAWT, SPCBI & IESO annually. Giving us the best updated information possible for the Home Inspection Industry.
