Kevin Roby

Kevin Roby

Hello, my name is Kevin Roby. I currently live in College Station, Brazos County, Texas. I have lived here for over 20 years. I was trained to become a professional home inspector through The American Home Inspectors Training Institute which is a top rated school as they provide both classroom and hands on training. I obtained my professional home inspectors license through the Texas Real Estate Commission. I have also obtained my pest control commercial technicians license through the Texas Department of Agriculture.

I enjoy meeting and working with new people. I want to help you and or your family get into your first or maybe even your second home. I will sit down with you and or your family and take as much time as you would like to discuss what was found during the inspection and I will answer any and all of your questions to help you make an informative decision about your new home purchase.

My favorite hobbies are scuba diving and underwater photography. If you are a scuba diver and have any stories, I would love to hear about them.

Sandy Harris

Sandy Harris

Sandy Harris strives for excellence in all aspects of fulfilling your inspection needs. His inspections exceed the Texas Real Estate Commission Standards of Practice and are the most thorough available. He has been a part of the East Texas Home Inspection Team since 2005 and has conducted 400 + inspections. His reports are highly informative, easy to read, and easy to understand. He takes extra time, after the physical inspection has been conducted and the written report is completed, to ensure that you are fully informed of all deficiencies found during his inspection.

He makes a point to ensure that during the inspection process you have been thoroughly versed on all aspects of his inspection. He does this by taking up to 30 to 45 minutes to go over the reports with you, answering all questions that you may have about the inspection report or deficiencies therein. He takes pride in every inspection he conducts and in doing so gives you the knowledge you need to make a sound investment decision.

Scott Kelley

Scott Kelley

My name is Scott Kelley, I currently reside in Daingerfield, Texas where I have lived for over 30 years. I am the very proud father of an 18 year old daughter, Tyler, and a 16 year old son, Stone. They are more than just my kids, they are my best friends, and my life has been completely blessed because of them. I studied Business Management at Northeast Texas Community College (NTCC), and went on to study Computer Engineering at Southern Methodist University (SMU). I proudly served in the US Navy from 1992 -1996 and I am currently enlisted in the Air Force Reserve. Faith, hard work and perseverance have been the traits that were instilled in me at a very early age and with those tools I feel that there is no challenge that I cannot overcome.

After nearly 20 years of working for Lone Star Steel as a Non-Destructive Test Technician and a Senior
Software Engineer, I decided I wanted to do something where I had the opportunity to make a difference
in peoples lives, and that is why I chose to be a Professional Home Inspector. I enjoy meeting new people,
making new friends and doing something that is rewarding and meaningful as well as still being able to
work with my hands, and Home Inspection offered all of that and more. I studied under J.D. Fuller with
American Home Inspection Training Institute (AHIT), which has long been the industry standard for Home
Inspection training and education, and have enjoyed a rewarding and fulfilling career ever since.

I know that buying a home can be a very stressful experience for anyone. You want to be sure that the
home you're buying is suitable and safe to put you and your family in. I assure you that I treat every home
as if! am putting my own family in it, and I will not leave until every possible question you may have has
been answered and you know exactly what you're getting. An inspection from us doesn't end when we
shake hands and drive off, I along with all the inspectors are here for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week
if you ever have any questions or concerns long after the inspection is complete. I never want anyone to
walk away not feeling 100 percent satisfied in the service they received from me. I look forward to the
opportunity of providing this for you.

Stewart Gaines

Stewart Gaines

Hello, my name is Stewart Gaines.  I am 44, married with two adult children, and live in Palestine, Texas.  I have lived here since I was 9 years old and graduated from Palestine High School in 1983.  I then attended South West Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, and earned my BBA in marketing, graduating in 1987.  From 1987 until 2005, I owned and operated a retail liquor store here in Palestine.  I received an offer to purchase my business and decided it was a good time to try something different.  After two years of semi-retirement, I became interested in the home inspection business and began the educational and licensing process to become a professional home inspector and pest control technician.  Under the direction of Jay Fuller, owner of East Texas Home Inspection Services and AHIT instructor, I have learned how to properly inspect a home and give an in-depth report to you, the buyer, to help educate you with your investment decision.

My other interests include my family, my dog, motocross, playing Texas Hold’em, hunting, fishing, and outside activities.

If you allow me to do an inspection on the property in which you are interested, I will be prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough.  Thank you for coming to our website while doing research about a very important financial decision.
